Full Service Partnership Program

Program Director: Patrick Hooks

The Full Service Partnership Program (FSP) is an intensive adult program designed to work collaboratively with a client to provide services both in the community and at the program site. The program will provide the services necessary to help seriously mentally ill individuals live successfully in the community rather than in hospitals, jails, institutions or on the streets.  FSP program staff focuses on doing “whatever it takes” with available resources to help clients meet their individual mental health recovery goals. Services provided include medication support, case management, individual and group counseling and therapy, housing placement and support, substance abuse treatment, employment and educational support, peer support and linkage to community resources, including healthcare.

Field Capable Clinical Services Program

Program Director: Patrick Hooks

The Field Capable Clinical Services Program (FCCS) is a moderately intense adult outpatient program for those mentally ill clients who are able to actively pursue recovery based goals such as supported employment, education, stable housing, medication and symptom management and family and social skill building. FCCS program staff focuses on working with the client and community partners to provide a wide range of recovery focused services. This program puts the individual and their family, if applicable, at the center of their recovery journey, supporting opportunities for growth according to a person’s goals. The FCCS program is conducted both in the community and at the program site and offers medication support, case management, individual and group counseling and therapy, housing placement and support, substance abuse treatment, employment and educational support, peer support and linkage to community resources, including healthcare.

Wellness Center

Program Director: Edith Urner

The services offered at the Exodus Recovery Wellness Center are designed to offer mental health treatment options to clients who no longer need the intensive type services offered by traditional adult outpatient clinics or case management programs. Exodus Recovery Wellness Center clients are ready to take increasing responsibility for their own continued growth, wellness, recovery and mental health maintenance.

At the Exodus Recovery Wellness Center clients will find socialization, friendship, and peers ready to assist them in achieving wellness goals and coping with the stressors of daily life. In addition, at the program site Wellness Center clients can access medication support and linkage to community healthcare, employment and education resources.
