CONSULTING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Exodus Recovery Executive Team consists of five highly accomplished and dedicated professionals whose average experience is over 25 years in all aspects of health care delivery.  This team has built a strong infrastructure that includes the following Departments:  Clinical Operations Performance Improvement, Decision Support, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Research and Education, Psychiatry and Nursing.

The Consulting and Management Division of Exodus can develop and implement new programs, revitalize existing programs, provide business solutions and offer insightful perspective and feedback regarding operational issues.
